Hola Madrid!

Hello from beautiful and warm Madrid! My very first and very quick post. I have tried to enjoy last few days without thinking too much about the blog. Then today when I finally had some free time, I wanted to post one only to realize my battery has died and I did not have a converter. It took a while to find one. Then I also got really busy just shopping so I managed to get to my room not too long ago. I go so into the shopping mood that I completely forgot to eat. I only had a croissant all day. I'm starving now, needless to say :). I'm glad I left my luggage half empty, which leaves me with enough room for new things :). I only brought 5 pairs of shoes which is amazing for me. I normally never go without 10. The hardest thing for me to pack is always jewelry because I bring a lot of rings and necklaces, just in case. To prevent them from being lost or get tangled, I bought nice little mesh drawstring gift bags (here). You can also find them for cheaper in Dollar stores. They are a great way to keep the jewelry neat and avoid any scratches. You can then place all of it in one bigger gift bag or your makeup box, or anything else that works for you.

As for the outfit, I am leaving you for now with the outfit that was meant for this past Friday. Madrid outfits are soon to come as I finally got my battery charged. I just love mixing sporty with dressy. This is a dress/tunic from H&M which I also wear as a sweatshirt (here), but I love it as a dress. If you are not 5'3 like me and are blessed with more height and long limbs, do not attempt this at home. It will look as if you are really wearing a sweatshirt :). I wore it with one of my favourite and most comfortable pumps, hot pink clutch I wore couple of days ago and this neon necklace from Target. It goes really great with dark tights in the fall/winter as well. Hasta luego!

Have You Visited Positano & Amalfi Coast Yet?

Pants Zara, jacket Zara, sneakers Forever21, bag unknown (Winners), dress unknown (similar), ankle boots PrettyLittleThings

There are still quite a few more outfits and cities I’ll be featuring on the blog from my last year’s trip to Italy, however today I’m sharing this post from the last location we visited: beautiful Positano. As we visited Italy in the fall, outfits left to share are more fall appropriate, so I will share them come September. I’ll be dealing with two little babies then so God knows how much time I will have to shoot new outfits. As I’m laying on my couch bored out of my mind counting down the days to my delivery next week (whooohoooo!!!) I’m experiencing such FOMO. Partially because I won’t be going on vacation this summer (though becoming a mom to two little girls is quite awesome!!) and partially because I’m reminiscing of my travels last year. Positano seems to still be one of the most photographed summer destinations so I’m sharing a few pictures from my trav…

Two Outfits in Milan

1st outfit: dress H&M, boots Ebay, jacket Zara 2nd outfit: jeans Topshop, boots Primadonna Collection, shirt Bershka, coat unknown
If you have been following me for some time, you know that last year I took 6 months off and one of the things I did during that time is take a road trip through Italy. First stop was Venice and you can read more about it in this post as well as here. Third stop on the trip (yes I know I skipped the second, but we’ll return to it another day) was Milan. Since I was a little girl, Milan was a place I really wanted to visit. I had such high expectations; partially due to it being one of fashion capitals, partially due to the beautiful Duomo of Milano, and because it was on my bucket list since I was a kid. I don’t quite know why, it just always was. Well, needless to say Duomo di Milano is absolutely stunning and a must see when visiting this big city. Walking the roof of the cathedral will leave you breathless. Just imagining how many man hours were spen…

Hello lovelies! It’s been a while since I shared my last post. As you may know, I’m expecting twins in early August and so far my pregnancy has not been an easy one. Babies are doing very well but momma is exhausted 😊. I apologize for gaps between my posts.
Now is better time then every to share more about my trip through Italy. You may be planning your next European trip for the summer so stay tuned for more to come. Last I shared with you a post about a lake town Riva Del Garda. Today, I’m sharing one of the cutest places you will encounter in Italy. I’m talking about Cinque Terre. It’s a region of 5 small fishing towns on a rugged Italian coastline, in the north of the country. They used to be very isolated by their geography, but today numerous tourists come to visit.  You may notice resemblance to Positano in the south of Italy, only these 5 towns a…

Black & White Striped Forever 21 Dress & Aldo Shoes

Shoes Aldo, bag Target, dress Forever 21, jacket Le Chateau, sunglasses ZeroUV, spike bracelets Aldo, silver bracelet Tiffany&Co, watch DKNY
Hello lovelies. I hope everyone had a beautiful weekend. Hopefully, those of you who are moms got to be pampered and spoiled by your kids and partners. I hope you also showed your love to your moms and thanked them for everything they have done for you. We should be doing it every day, but it’s really nice to have a day dedicated to these amazing women. I know how much my mother means to me and she certainly deserves every day to be dedicated just to her. I’m sure all of you feel the same way about your mothers too. Even the sun came out to shine and make Mother’s day even more special. I made sure to go bare legged to welcome the warmth and the sun. Today’s outfit is a cute spring look, easy to pull off. Black and white stripes always make a statement and a little pop of colour just makes the outfit complete. I spent the day out mostly and o…
