Dress Forever 21, ankle boots Zara, socks Asos, bag Winners, jacket old Danier I’m not quite sure how to define this outfit. I’m also not sure what style I was going for. I started with the dress and wanted to wear more subdued colours with the blush dress. Next item I added were Zara ankle boots which I have been sporting non-stop lately (just check out my Instagram page). The whole getup seemed a little too sexy for a day outing so I added the quirky socks and large round sunglasses. They both made the outfit more fun rather than sexy. A burgundy bag with a guitar strap compliments the blush and rust colours perfectly; and final touch (it is still cold out after all) is this old shearling (like) lined leather jacket. Jean H&M, sweater Zara, tartan shirt H&M, heels Louboutins, bag Danier, sunglasses Ray-Ban I’m baaaack after a week off. I have good excuse for it but I’m not gonna bore you with it. I’m gonna get right into talking about today’s outfit. Are you one of those people that is not sure how to wear white jeans once it gets cooler outside? Here is one suggestion for you. I paired them today with my Zara oversized sweater but I chose to wear a tartan shirt underneath. Partially because I wanted some detail and a touch of colour on top, and partially to keep me warm. I kept the bag neutral as well with my lovely Danier handbag, but opted for some more colour in shoes. Any chance I get, I try to sneak in my gorgeous Loboutins. Any thoughts? Ciao! It’s not just great as a money saving tool, but you get to really enjoy your clothes more. For example, the peplum vest I am wearing today, is not actually a vest at all. Do you remember this SashaDoll Fashion Closet post? Well, this same peplum top becomes a vest when worn in reverse. You have already seen, and probably even worn yourself, cardigans worn in reverse as sweaters. So why stop there? I don’t own any vests and they are hard for me to pull off unless nicely fitted, but this peplum top works just perfectly. Skirt and shirt H&M, ankle boots Aldo, bag Danier, necklace Rachel Roy, large ring/bracelets Aldo, watch DKNY    My obsession with strips continues today as well. It was not intended to be a week of stripes on the blog, but somehow it ended up being just that. Luckily yesterday's outfit did not fit this mold at all. But I cannot describe enough how attractive stripes, in particular black and white, are to me. When in a store, they catch my eye immediately and as if pulled by a magnet, I go to them. But you know what they say, first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. So here is mine: I am addicted to stripes!
