Marc Jacobs Preview with the Beckerman Ladies

Last night I attended a preview of Marc by Marc Jacobs line at one of my favourite Hudson Bay stores on Queen Street. Though I have been battling an annoying roller-coaster flue for the last 2 weeks, I got myself up, put on some makeup and attended the event. A bit of red lipstic brings back some colour to the face so you appear less drained, hehe. To be honest, one big part for this decision was to meet the wonderful Beckerman sister from the Beckerman Blog. I love following these two energetic ladies and their fun fashion sense. As I may have had a fever at the time I went, I was very cold so I had to keep myself warm. I also did not feel like dressing up. You know how we all feel when we're sick, right? You just want to get into your PJs and snuggle up on a couch with a blanket and a warm cup of tea. Well I fought that urge and wore my very comfortable Zara jeans and H&M chambray shirt. I sort of wrapped myself in a blanket, just in a very stylish one I picked up recently from Winners. These blanket like wraps were all the rage at Burberry FW2014 show and I really loved the geometric design and colours of this one. This was the next best thing to being home and snuggling in a blanket. My night did end up on a not-so-glamorous note with a whole bunch of medicine, hehe. What do you think of these wraps? Ciao!

Sinoc sam isla na prikazivanje nove jesenje Marc by Marc Jacobs kolekcije. Iako se vec dve sedmice borim sa iscrpljujucom gripom, ipak sam se spremila, nasminkala i odlucila da izadjem iz kuce. Malo crvenog karmina vraca boju u lice i cini da ne delujete bas previse iscrpljeni. Najiskrenije, jedan od razloga je bio upoznavanje sa blogerkama bliznakinjama Beckerman sa Beckerman Bloga. Volim da pratim (pogotovo na instagramu) ove dve devojke prepune energije i njhov sasav smisao za modu. I posto sam imala blagu temperaturu i bilo mi je hladno, morala sam se toplo obuci. Znate kako je kad ste bolesni? Ne zelite da se sredjujete i zelite samo da se ususkate na kaucu u omiljeno cebe i uz solju caja. Medjutim, izborila sam se protiv same sebe i obukla vrlo udobne Zara farmerke i H&M teksas kosulju. U neku ruku ipak sam se umotala u cebe. Ovaj vuneni (cebe)ogrtac sam nedavno kupila. Ova vrsta ogrtaca je bila izuzetno popularna na pistama Burberry za jesen zimu 2014. Meni se ovaj dopao zbog geometrijskog printa i neutralnih boja. A moje vece se zavrsilo ne bas tako glamurozno, nego uz ceo arsenal lekova i caj, heheh. Da li bi ste vi nosili ovu vrstu ogrtaca? Cao!
