I certainly was. That is until the winter really came, along with the cold, as well as its dirty and wet streets. Only then do you start to realize white can be pretty hard to pull off. Few years ago I bought a gorgeous white coat but after the first winter I got rid of it because white gets dirty very easily, especially in the winter. It felt like I had to dry clean it every 2 weeks to keep it crisp white. And that can get pretty costly. I swore never to buy one again. Then I came across this beautiful warm jacket on sale at Esprit for $60 and had to buy it. Jackets are easier to care for. You can just throw it into a washer and you're done.
