I had wanted a black jersey skirt for quite some time. I wanted a relaxed fit which works well in the summer. There are a lot of black skirts out there. I found many in high-low style, but nothing that really made me want to buy them. I also needed to consider my body shape. Because I don’t have strong hips, some of them just looked like they were hanging on me. My body looked like it had no shape. I came across this one about a week ago on my Winners expedition.
