Exploring Toronto Islands in Cropped Top & Jersey Skirt

Sneakers All Star, skirt unknown Winners, crop top Forever 21, bag KGB Black Label (Winners), scarf on the bag - gift, sunglasses Aldo, midi rings H&M, Pearl ring Forever 21, bracelet gift I figured it was time for a new post. Not just because it has been two weeks since the last one, but also because I have this outfit today and couple of others already shot, that I have not shared with you yet. They are summer outfits so I should probably post them while summer is still here, right? Only makes sense J . We’ve already established that I do a lot of bike riding in the summer, which is further supported with today’s post again. This was a fun weekend day. We headed to the Toronto Islands from my home on a bike. It took significantly less time then getting there with a car and finding a parking. We took one of the taxi ferries across and met up with some friends and two gorgeous little girls. It was an unplanned but fun day. We later did a Toronto Island tour on our bikes. G...

Surviving the Cold Weather Through Layering

It's December 2 and the winter is here. I know it won't officially be here till the 21st, but the weather is certainly saying otherwise. And before we get all snowed in and bundled up, let me share with you all of my November fall outfits. You can definitely tell I am a fan of layering. I have said it time and time again, this is the perfect way to stay warm and stil look stylish. Just opt for thinner materials to layer on top of each other so you don't end up looking too bulky. Layering gives your outfit fun dimensions, textures and colours so go! Go to your closet and start playing with your clothes and have fun trying out different outfits. I am going to be absent this week as many things are going on in my life, but will be back again next week. I'm also working on a little project, which I hope to share with you soon enough. Wishing you all a wonderful first week of December! Ciao! Danas je prvi decembar i zima je stigla. Znam da po kalendaru nece bi...

Nothing Says Fall Like Military Green Parka & Plaid Oversized Scarf

Dress H&M, parka Ardene , scarf Zara (similar Joe Fresh) , sunglasses unknown, bag KGB Black Label (Winners), booties Dolce Vita (Winners) similar Zara Kicking off this week with a casual weekend look. Instead of going for a dressier look to match this week’s Toronto Fashion Week WMCFW, I chose to share with you a casual look I wore this past weekend for a beautiful fall day stroll with some friends and a quick brunch. For the comfort, I chose a jersey H&M dress and paired it with a parka and casual ankle booties. We snapped pictures of this outfit as we were walking around the neighbourhood and this time, I had a stylist with me ( as you can tell in the 3 rd picture below eheheheh). Ciao! Sedmicu odpocinjemo casual outfitom. Iako je u toku Toronto sedmica mode, I mozda bi neki doteraniji outfit bio prilagodjeniji tome, ipak odpocinjem sedmicu outfitom koji sam nosila preko vikenda u setnju s drugaricama I rucak. Radi kompletne ugodnosti probrala sam pamucnu haljini...

Pleated Dresses & Vests - How to Maximize Your Wardrobe

Dress & sandals Forever 21, peplum top (worn as blazer) H&M, belt Danier (men's section), leather bag KGB Black Label, shoe bow clips Town Shoes, sunglasses unknown I love playing with my clothes and figuring out different ways to wear things. It’s not just great as a money saving tool, but you get to really enjoy your clothes more. For example, the peplum vest I am wearing today, is not actually a vest at all. Do you remember this SashaDoll Fashion Closet post? Well, this same peplum top becomes a vest when worn in reverse. You have already seen, and probably even worn yourself, cardigans worn in reverse as sweaters. So why stop there? I don’t own any vests and they are hard for me to pull off unless nicely fitted, but this peplum top works just perfectly. I paired it with my Forever 21 dress from a few years ago and Forever 21 ankle strap sandals. You have seen me wear these sandals before as well but today, I added bow show clips on them and definitely changed the...

'Tis the Season to Bring Out Your Parkas & Booties

Jacket/parka Ardene, pants & T-shirt H&M, boots old (similar here  & here ), hat Le Chateau, bag KGB Black Label (Winners), ring Forever 21  I can't believe that it's already time to start brining out your parkas. I certainly had to bring mine out for a crisp morning dog walk couple of days ago. It was a beautiful fall day. Sun was shining and the trees have just started to turn colour. But the cool wind kept us cool. Not only do I love parkas for their comfort and military green colour, but they are also very versatile and very stylish at that. Today, as it's required for a dog walk, I opted for a casual outfit. Simple black skinny pants, some stripes (which go so well with military green, or just about anything), my parka and of course, to add some more fun to the look, a pop or red lipstick and a hat with some mesh veil. Why not? This one is from Le Chateau from last year but I also have one made by me, a little DIY project. How's everyone enjoy...
