I should have had an early post today, considering it’s a holiday and I’m off work, but it was absolutely gorgeous out and I had to spend it outside. But it’s still not too late, right? Let’s start off this week with some tone on tone layering. As I already said I am loving oversized sweaters, which further extends to oversized sweater dresses. This one is from Zara and its looks perfect worn as a sweater or as a dress. Since I am going with (somewhat) bare legs, I opted to wear a skirt underneath in the same tone. I am a huge fan of over the knee socks and now is the perfect weather to wear them. What do you think? Ciao! Cao drage moje dame! Pardon my absence (12 day as it has been pointed out to me today by my dear friend Nada) but I am now fully charged and ready to resume. This week will be dedicated to my outfits worn on my vacation in the resort in Cancun, Mexico. This year I needed to do something more relaxing and all-inclusive resorts are perfect for that. Today’s outfit is sort of an outfit. I spent most of my days in this gorgeous kimono (while not on the beach of course) and used it as caftan or beach cover up. It came in handy and floral print and soft pastel blue colour are just perfect for the hot Mexican days. Just another way to style your kimono and get most out of your wardrobe. I want to wear it day in and day out. You don’t have to wear your kimono in a bohemian style if that is not you. It can be worn many different ways. It’s up to you what you pair it with. Treat is as a cardigan for a casual look or a dressy jacket if you are going for something more glam. Today, I’m somewhere in between. And let me end this last post of the week with a question. I got this beauty for my birthday, just last Friday. I have been like a child since. To be honest, I have not ridden a bike since I was a kid. My last time was just before 1992 before the war.
