Niagara On The Lake - Part 2

Hello lovelies! I figure it was about time I followed up with a post about my second day of Niagara on the Lake trip. The second day was dedicated to a scenic ride to Niagara on the Lake and a leisurely bike ride around the town. Though the town is fairly small, you are still better off checking it out on a bike. That way you won’t get tired and will still get to explore the whole town. For those of you who are like me (you become an energizer bunny the minute you travel anywhere, and annoy everyone around you because you want to visit every single thing on your very long itinerary), this may be the best way to explore and stay on your schedule.
The only issue with this whole trip was getting me a good cup of coffee. I left house on Saturday without having my morning coffee. I was hoping that at one of the vineyards I would be able to grab a good cup of Java. But, you have already read in the previous post about my issue (not really an issue, just a difficulty) about finding any food at all. So Saturday came and went with no coffee. Now, I love coffee for its taste, not because I am addicted. There is something about the whole experience of having that morning coffee. That’s my time of quiet and relaxation. Even when I am at work, I will take my 15 minutes and have my coffee in peace. Well, when I finally had my coffee on Sunday, you can only imagine how excited I was. I don’t think the picture below even comes close to showing my excitement, hehehe. Now, after this little “digression” about coffee, let me get back to my day.
As I was saying, we rode around town, visited cafes, walked the busy main street and then had a gourmet sandwich lunch by the beach. The whole weekend consisted of my favourite pleasures: bike ride, wine, food, travelling, salsa dancing (Saturday night), walks and picnics. I could not have asked for more.
For this day of exploration and leisure, I wore yet another denim short. They just seem to make the most sense and I am most comfortable in them. These are from Levi’s but I ended up folding them and stitching so they look like this. In the store they look as simply cut off with longer legs. I paired them with simple t-shirt and my favourite sneakers. I added some colour (but of course) with accessories.

        I took a few outfit pictures over the last few days, as I was running around my day and I wasn’t sure what would be the first one to post. Have You Visited Positano & Amalfi Coast Yet?

Sightseeing Montreal In Hot Pink Sneakers & Ripped Jeans

Day two in Montreal, was again walking the beautiful streets of old Montreal and testing out patios, but now in daylight, hehehe. Oh and lets not forget, blog picture taking. I forget how beautiful this city is and am reminded every time I come back. Then, I wonder why I don't come back more often. It is gorgeous, vibrant and people are extremely warm. It has such a European flare, which I often miss, and this is a quick way for me to get that fix once in a while, without having to fly over an ocean.
