How to Wear Fur Coat Every Day

Fur coat vintage, jeans Gap, sweatshirt Harvard gift shop, sneakers Forever21, bag Louis Vuitton, earrings H&M, faux fur accessory ball Winners How many of you own fur coats? Whether you got them at a vintage store, inherited from your mom or just bought a new one, do you get to wear it often? They don’t come cheap so would it not be good to get the bang for your buck? (Let me translate this for all of you non-Canadian readers: Wouldn’t you like to get most for your money? Hehehe) Do you find yourself only wearing it to big events such as New Years, weddings or some gala? I find that in Canada, being that we have a more casual style, women don’t wear their fur coats on a daily basis. There is certainly also a negative stigma in Canada associated with wearing fur, unlike Europe, but I know way too many women who own a fur coat but don’t wear it, simply because they too believe it’s meant only for special occasions. Fur jackets are much easier to make more casual, but what...

The Colour Purple - I Heart My Manolos

Jeans Gap, sweater H&M, heels Manolo Blahnik, bag H&S handbags, glasses Old Navy, large ring Aldo, small rings H&M, bracelet Aldo, ball/chain bracelet unknown, necklace Ebay Déjà Vue. Yes, I am wearing my new Gap 1969 jeans yet again this week. I tried to resist, but failed miserably. They are beyond comfortable. They appear mostly white in the pictures, but are actually somewhere between acid wash and white. I am however starting to realize that they are not necessarily the most photogenic pair I own. I guarantee they look so much better in person. I chose to go with all purple hued pieces for the rest of the outfit and add a bunch of rings to finish off the look. On an off note, let me share my little frustration with you. I was staying with my family over the weekend for the holidays, and just as I always do, when I left, I left something behind. This time it is a big deal because I left my phone charger, and somehow nobody close to me has the same type Iphone I...

Skinny Jeans, Leather Jacket & Print Mixing

Jeans Gap, heels Lauren Marinis, T-shirt Ebay, jacket Zara, plaid shirt Walmart, bag Aldo, sunglasses ZeroUV, watch Michael Kors, bracelets Aldo I've had a beautiful Easter weekend and hope you did too. Even if you don't celebrate, I hope you indulged in all the chocolates and beautiful sunny weather. Easter is one of my favourite holidays. Partially because it's usually sunny and warm, partially because you spend it with your family and friends, but mostly because of the Easter egg wars. You're probably going Eh? What is she talking about? But let me explain. Tradition in Serbia (and many other eastern European countries) is to dye eggs on Good Friday and then on the Easter Sunday, have competition breaking them with your family and friends. You try to find the strongest egg and with it, break all the other ones. It may sound silly, but let me tell you, once you start, you become like a child and really have fun with it. So much so, that in Serbia they even have...

Green Cable Knit Sweater for St Patrick's Day

Jeans Fornarina, sweater Gap, tank top H&M, heels Zara, necklace Ebay, rings Forever21, bracelet Target, handbag H&S Handbags Good morning lovelies! Today is St Patrick's Day (Irish holiday) which is also being celebrated here in Canada. A parade took place yesterday on the streets of Toronto, and today is the day to...well...drink. And for most beer will be the drink of choice. As green is the St Patrick's Day colour, the beer will be green in a lot of places as well. So in the spirit of the holiday, I am wearing a green sweater in today's post. As it is still very chilly in Canada, sweaters are still a very important piece of our everyday dressing. This one is from Gap I bought last fall. I love cable knit sweaters as they give any look some texture. Happy St Patty's day to all that celebrate. May you have the luck of the Irish. Ciao! Dobro jutro drage moje. Danas se u Kanadi slavi Dan svetog Patrika, sto je inace Irski praznik, ali vrlo vazan i u...

Blazer In The Blizzard

Jeans Almost Famous (Winners), boots Aldo, T-shirt H&M, sweater Gap, blazer Zara, bag H&S Handbags, ring and bracelet Forever 21 Yesterday was a crazy day weather wise here in Toronto. We got covered with the snow. I always found it so weird when I first moved to Canada that people talked about the weather so much, every day. That is until I realized how much of an impact it has on our daily life: traffic, wardrobe and so much more. The extremes we live in Canada make it one of the top topics to talk about. You can tell that I have jumped on this wagon as well, considering my daily weather updates I post on this blog, hehehe. Luckily I shot this outfit couple of days earlier so I have one last post for you this week. Topic of layering is very big on my blog and today I am doing so with a T-shirt, sweater and a blazer. I have a hard time sometime layering pieces due to my arms as well. I have pretty fit arms and sometimes I can't even get a jacket with fitted sleeve...
