Canvas Chanel Bag & Casual Spring Outfit

Dress Pull&Bear, bag Chanel ( Sharyn Scott Consignment ), sneakers unknown, earrings old, sunglasses Aldo (old) Blogging or more specifically, blog photography has completely become along-the-way-en-route-to-somewhere-or-something kind of photography for me and my blog. This isn’t because I am less interested in the blog or too tired to dedicate specific days and hours in the week to photograph outfits I want to share here. It was actually more of a conscious decision. I love everyday fashion. I love pushing that everyday fashion to become more fun, more magazine or runway inspired than a typical everyday plain outfit, but all this while still remaining comfortable for a real life. I want you to know that everything I share on this blog is my real life outfit and not just styled for the blog. I love playing dress up, but I lead a real life, and real life is not always fun and games. We all have errands to run, don’t we? One of those errands on Saturday mornings for me is...

Floral Zara Kimono Perfect for Spring

Jeans, kimono & ankle boots Zara, t-shirt old, bag Chanel, sunglasses Urban Outfitters, ring Jenny Bird Hello lovelies! As I’m slowly packing for my last minute vacation, I stole some time to write a quick little post and share a new outfit. If you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen me wear this outfit on my Instagram stories. Finally I get to share it here on the blog as well. I am in love with this Kimono from Zara (picture me making a heart sign with my hands as I say this). I have been looking for a good quality one and this one is just perfect. I love the heavy fabric which falls very nicely off the body and moves freely as you walk. Looser jackets of this kind are not necessarily the best fit for those of us with bigger chest, unless you are lucky and also have some hips and a bum to balance it off. I love it much more on girls with smaller chest buy I just had to have it. Pretty much all of the outfit is from Zara. Considering that I have not been shopp...

Vintage Chanel Bag and Dress over Jeans

Shoes So Kate Christian Louboutin, jeans, jacket & dress Zara, crop top Forever 21, bag Chanel (vintage), watch vintage, ring Jenny Bird I know I wore the same jacket and the same bag in the last post, but let’s call this Spring Outfit part 2. Sounds like a deal? When you have two such classic and cool pieces, you can’t help yourself but to wear them all the time. As you probably already know, I love shopping for vintage and consignment items. This, my very first Chanel is from a local consignment store. It was the biggest purchase I have ever made (yes that includes cars cause I just don’t care for those) and it took a little bit out of me to give all that money away. It was less expensive than a new one, but I actually wanted a vintage piece. Old Chanel bags have gold plated sign and have more of a classic feel to them. What vintage design are you searching for? Ciao! Sasha <3

Cropped Top & High Waist Jeans on a First Day of Spring

Jeans Iris Denim , shirt Joe Fresh, cropped top Forever 21, jacket Zara, handbag Chanel, sunglasses Zumel Weather has been playing some weird game with us here in Canada. February felt like a late spring, with warm temperatures in the high teens and beautiful sunny days. Then came March, and as spring month does normally (please read with high sarcasm), brought snow and freezing temperatures. This not only plays with your mood, but more importantly, messes up your blog post scheduling hehhehe. I shot this outfit quite a few weeks ago, back in February. And since I had another outfit to share before this one, I waited a little. But by the time its turn came, weather got really cold and I no longer felt it appropriate to share a crop top, belly baring, leather jacket outfit. But sun is out again, and though not as warm just yet, the outfit may be relevant now. Oh and it's first day of spring, so why not! If you follow me on Instagram, you will notice that last few we...

Leopard Statement Coat & Faux Fur

Coat Asos, bag Chanel, faux fur stole Topshop, jeans Zara, ankle boots Alexander Wang Do you love leopard print? Don't you find that, if worn in a wrong shade or material, it can look very, very cheap? But when it's a great, rich shade and quality material, then it can look like a million bucks, right?   I love leopard print and strongly support the notion that it's a classic. It just pops and, even if worn in small doses, immediately makes the outfit stand out. I bought this leopard print coat back in October but I don't believe I ever posted it before on the blog. Or I might be wrong. But regardless, it's such a statement piece worthy of multiple shares.   I wore this look couple of weekends ago. It was a cold day hence the reason I'm all bundled up. I love the mix of leopard print and faux fur burgundy stole. How fun right?   Booties are Alexandre Wang which I got for an amazing price of $100 at a consignment shop. They were brand new! What a stea...

A Little bit of Eclectic: Headwrap, Check Coat & a Jumpsuit

Jumpsuit H&M, ankle boots Zara, coat Winners, bag Chanel, headwrap/scarf vintage, sunglasses Zumel & Co Don’t you feel that sometimes that we all tend to want to people in very defined categories, just because it seems easier for us to understand them? You know what I am referring to:  you are either only a democrat or liberal, religious or atheist, you either love rock or r&B, you’re either good or bad, and so on. There are so many categories that we want to put people in, but I think we are all such complex and interesting beings. This also applies when it comes to our sense of fashion and style. It’s funny how you should only be either preppy, or street inspired, or minimalistic, etc. I can never put myself into any of those groups. The only group I can place myself in is eclectic. I love (almost) all styles and trends. I wear all of the ones I feel comfortable in. I love pushing myself out of my  own comfort zone. It may sound funny, but I am not very ...
