Wear Your Heart On Your Sleeve

Valentine's day is just around the corner (and though I write Valentine's day, for some reason I have been saying Haloween for the last few days, not sure why). This seems to be one of those holidays where people are either for it or against it. I'm not talking about the overly commercialized holiday, but the actual day of love itself. I don't like anything over commercialized but nowadays that is just the case with all holidays. I'm not saying you have to go all out in order to confess your love. And I know some people claim that if you love someone, you should tell them every day, you don't need a holiday to tell you that. I certainly agree. But we celebrate Mothers/Fathers day, Women's day, etc and it doesn't mean we don't love or celebrate our mothers, father, women, etc all year long; it just means that we believe that they deserve one day per year to celebrate them only. So why not LOVE too? Love keeps the world running and it should be celebrated. Not jut romantic love, any love should be celebrated. With that, I am easing into this topic today with a more casual outfit. Those of you who don't like or don't want to go all out on this holiday, but don't mind having another excuse to spend it with your loved one, how about you go to a nice rustic coffee shop (no Franchises please), for some coffee, tea or to share a cake. Have that time to talk to each other, sans technology. I went to a nice coffee shop on the weekend, Balzac's in the Distillery District. Great place, great coffee and great company, what else can one want. You may want to stay more casual for that type of a date, but make sure to add some Valentine's Day theme to your outfit. I chose this H&M blouse with heart print, romantic braided bun and fun earrings with a pop of red. Whatever your choice for Valentines, I hope you share love with whoever that may be for you. Ciao!

Cao!

The Very First Outfit Post

I took a few outfit pictures over the last few days, as I was running around my day and I wasn’t sure what would be the first one to post. I debated and as the days went by and weather changed (it seems every day it was a different season), I decided to go with the very first one I shot. This one I actually took last month at the High Park.   It was the last few days when you could see the cherry tree blossom so I did not want to miss out on it. I love spring only for this reason, trees and flowers blossoming. And the fact that it is a sign that the summer is just around the corner (I am still waiting for this corner though), but it is a sign.      A little nervous giggle              Sweater Costa Blanca, white tee H&M, rings, earrings, necklaces and leggings Forever 21, watch Michael Kors, bag Louis Vuitton, sneakers Urban Planet, sunglasses Ray Ban   This is a very casual outfit and very odd for me in the sense that

Have You Visited Positano & Amalfi Coast Yet?

Pants Zara, jacket Zara, sneakers Forever21, bag unknown (Winners), dress unknown ( similar ), ankle boots PrettyLittleThings There are still quite a few more outfits and cities I’ll be featuring on the blog from my last year’s trip to Italy, however today I’m sharing this post from the last location we visited: beautiful Positano. As we visited Italy in the fall, outfits left to share are more fall appropriate, so I will share them come September. I’ll be dealing with two little babies then so God knows how much time I will have to shoot new outfits. As I’m laying on my couch bored out of my mind counting down the days to my delivery next week (whooohoooo!!!) I’m experiencing such FOMO. Partially because I won’t be going on vacation this summer (though becoming a mom to two little girls is quite awesome!!) and partially because I’m reminiscing of my travels last year. Positano seems to still be one of the most photographed summer destinations so I’m sharing a few pictures f

Sightseeing Montreal In Hot Pink Sneakers & Ripped Jeans

Jeans & jacket Zara, sneakers Nike, shirt H&M, bag Steve Madden, sunglasses unknown, belt Danier (men's section), chain ring Forever 21, midi ring H&M, forefinger gold rings gifts    Day one in Montreal was the cocktail party and then walking the streets of old Montreal at night and testing out different patios and bars. Day two in Montreal, was again walking the beautiful streets of old Montreal and testing out patios, but now in daylight, hehehe. Oh and lets not forget, blog picture taking. I forget how beautiful this city is and am reminded every time I come back. Then, I wonder why I don't come back more often. It is gorgeous, vibrant and people are extremely warm. It has such a European flare, which I often miss, and this is a quick way for me to get that fix once in a while, without having to fly over an ocean. These pictures were snapped around St Denis street as well as around Catherdral Notre-Dame Basilica of Montréal. I was comfortable in my new N

Black & White Striped Forever 21 Dress & Aldo Shoes

Shoes Aldo, bag Target, dress Forever 21, jacket Le Chateau, sunglasses ZeroUV, spike bracelets Aldo, silver bracelet Tiffany&Co, watch DKNY Hello lovelies. I hope everyone had a beautiful weekend. Hopefully, those of you who are moms got to be pampered and spoiled by your kids and partners. I hope you also showed your love to your moms and thanked them for everything they have done for you. We should be doing it every day, but it’s really nice to have a day dedicated to these amazing women. I know how much my mother means to me and she certainly deserves every day to be dedicated just to her. I’m sure all of you feel the same way about your mothers too. Even the sun came out to shine and make Mother’s day even more special. I made sure to go bare legged to welcome the warmth and the sun. Today’s outfit is a cute spring look, easy to pull off. Black and white stripes always make a statement and a little pop of colour just makes the outfit complete. I spent the day out mostly
